Boat excursions by sea - Serpentara Island Costa Rei Villasimius Sardinia

(Thursday, Tuesday or on request)

Departure from Costa Rei beach at 09.00 am with direct navigation towards the northern side of the Varaglioni of the Serpentara Island; slow motion along the east side of the island to observe the particular conformations of the granite cliff that emerges from the continental shelf, almost a work of art at the chisel created by the combined action of the sea and wind. Below, stop at the Saracen Bay dominated by the Spanish Tower of San Luigi in order to admire the cliffs of the seagulls and the colorful rocky seabed rich in marine flora and fauna. After a short navigation, set off to visit Punta la Guardia, the southern end of the island so called because in the era of Saracen pirates there was a sentinel guarding the Sardinian coast close to it. Resumption of navigation, after about ten minutes, you will arrive at Cala Pira, stop to take a last swim and visit the promontory of the red junipers on which stands the Spanish Tower. Return to Costa Rei at 12.00.
